Clothing items by our suppliers, stocked by Otis & Louie differ in the way each provides a sizing standard. It is therefor advisable to contact us on a particular product for sizing information and availability.
How to measure your dog! It is recommended to use a tape measure for the following measurements;-
• Neck – measure the circumference of the neck
• Chest – measure the circumference of the chest (behind its two front legs)
• Body length – measure from where the collar sits to the base of the tail
If however the sizing is incorrect, Otis & Louie will be happy to exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
• We are happy to exchange if you change your mind, if returned to us unworn, unwashed with tags included within 5 days of receipt of items.
• If you choose not to exchange a credit will be applied against your account for your next purchase. We do not refund payments made.
• Refunds will only apply if goods are faulty and returned with details of faults. * Please be advised that Refunds do not include shipping.
